The larger boat, She is located at Holiday Harbor, Wilmington, It was last surveyed in 2012. The auxiliary engine is a 48 hp Perkins diesel, It has no known deficiencies. The starter battery was replaced 3 years ago. The house bank is 6 Trojan T-105 deep cycle golf cart batteries I installed 2 years ago, also replaced the charger system at that time.
The propane system is in good condition. The galley features a three burner stove with oven, a refrigerated icebox, cooled by a TechNautics Coolblue system, and a separate freezer cooled by a Dometic compressor/evaporator system. While preparing for the Baja-Ha-Ha in 2014 a fresh water maker was installed, but it hasn’t been used since then. The fresh water pump was replaced in 2020.
There are 2 60 gallon fresh water tanks. The diesel tank holds 31 gallons. The holding tank also is 31 gallons. The head is electric flush.
The v-berth on this boat was converted to a workshop, the skippers cabin is across from the head/shower, the bed is basically a pull-out futon.
The main anchor is a 20 kg Rocna, there is 100 foot chain rode and 300 feet of nylon rode. The electric anchor winch is burned out, the manual winch works but the brake is frozen solid.
The roller furling gib is in decent shape, as is the mainsail. The mizzen was replaced by North Sails, Long Beach in 2018 and has seen little use since then.
