Californian models of this era were built in Perris California at the Navigator factory by the Marshall Family.  Having built in excess of 4000 boats the hull designs and layouts were favorites of West Coast boaters.

"Elizabeth Ann" has been lovingly cared for and continually upgraded by knowledgeable yachting couple.  Having owned larger boats previously this boat was chosen for the combination of its offshore capability and reasonable slip fees and ownership costs.  Following is a partial list of recent work:

• New props (2021)
• New SST exhaust elbows/mixers (2022) 
• New teak and holly flooring main salon (2022)
• New solid teak decks flybridge and cockpit (2022)
• New 120v lighting installed in engine room--bright as daylight
• New 8D batteries (2022)
